Technorati, recognized as the authority on everything “World Live Web”, has a Development Center to help you put rich Technorati data into API. The available queries return information that are helpful for bloggers in XML and RSS formats. These are the links to a URL, blogs containing or tagged with specified keywords, daily counts of blog posts with a certain phrase, the top tags according to the Technorati index, top tags of a given blog, other information about a blog such as rank and feeds, and Technorati member information. Technorati also has a Developer Tools section which links to a few projects with scripts using Technorati API and an API library for the programming languages C#, ColdFusion, Java, Perl, PHP, Python, REBOL, and Visual Basic.
