Google, in efforts to boost their resource’s availability, on each and every angle, they have released an API for their Google Analytics system that gives developers the power to obtain, previously read-only analytics data for integration into customized applications and mashups as well. Available for download through API feeds, you get your data and integrate it with other personal or business data to create a totally unique mashup.
Google allows you to get hold of two types of information, first is Analytics Accounts and website information and second the Analytic s report data on single profiles (you didn’t expect the whole deal now didn’t you?). Ideal for mobile apps, they are now available for use and what can we say, people are indeed putting them to good use with the many emerging apps online and elsewhere on the web. Feedback from developers have been quite good, sign that Google is putting it’s corporate might to good use, improving the social internet each and every way they could. They are making their technology and resources open to the developers of the world and users themselves to allow better information sharing and colloboration the world over.
