Google Doctype

Think open web wiki. That’s what Google Doctype is: a collaborative encyclopedia of projects using open standards which any developer can use. Contributions can range from new facts and edits to links. Contents are under an open license through Creative Commons. However, you will need a Google account to contribute and a Subversion client is recommended for downloading, though you can browse the repository online. Doctype still seems rather lacking in content, but there should be more to come. For a bigger stash of API goodies, there’s always Google Code, which hosts a variety of projects, programs and products for developers.
